Change of mind
We do not offer voluntary returns, exchanges or refunds simply because you change your mind, no longer want an item, or selected the wrong colour, size or product when the item supplied matches your order. Please check your selection before purchasing.
Problems with an item
Damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, missing or undelivered items will be reviewed for an appropriate remedy, including repair, replacement or refund where required by applicable law. Your legal warranties and cancellation rights remain unaffected. A remedy required by law does not depend on whether our supplier reimburses us.
Contact us first
Email shopsakayria@gmail.com with your order reference and a description of the issue. Contact us promptly, preferably within 30 days of delivery, with photos of the item and packaging where available. This request does not shorten any legal time limit.
Keep the item and packaging while the issue is reviewed. Do not return an item to the shipping-label address. We must first provide the appropriate return instructions and address. Responsibility for any return shipping and refund timing must follow the applicable law and the instructions provided for the claim.
