This notice covers browsing, optional chat, and checkout when ordering is open. Customer accounts are not required.
Bag and saved finds
Your browsing bag and saved products use local storage in your browser. They do not create an account, purchase or reservation. Remove items or clear this website’s browser storage to erase them. Product searches run in your browser and are not submitted to a marketing service.
Email enquiries
When you email us, SAKAYRIA receives your address, message and anything you choose to include through Gmail. We use it to respond and manage the enquiry. Do not include payment credentials or sensitive identity documents. We retain correspondence only as needed to handle the enquiry, meet applicable obligations or resolve a dispute; unnecessary copies should be deleted.
Optional Tawk.to chat
Chat loads after you choose Continue to chat. Tawk.to processes your messages and the technical data needed to provide chat and may use cookies or browser storage. Declining chat does not prevent browsing. See Tawk.to’s privacy policy. Do not send card details, passwords or sensitive documents in chat.
Hosting and service providers
Hosting and communication providers may process connection information, device/browser details, IP addresses and service logs to deliver and protect their services. This may involve processing outside your province or Canada. This storefront has no added advertising tracker or marketing mailing list.
Private owner testing
The owner may use a private test checkout to verify shipping and payment notifications. A shipping quote sends the selected products, quantities and Canadian postal code to CJdropshipping. Stripe handles the test payment form. Test order delivery details are encrypted in the site database and restricted to the owner; no real supplier charge or shipment is created. CJ sandbox orders and simulated payments may be created for testing. Use synthetic details for testing. The private setup also stores encrypted integration credentials; these are never published in the storefront.
Shipping quotes and purchases
Shipping quotes send the selected products, quantities and Canadian postal code to CJdropshipping. When checkout is open, Stripe collects your payment details, name, email, phone and shipping address. SAKAYRIA receives payment status, order details and delivery/contact details; card numbers are handled by Stripe and are not stored in our website database.
Delivery details and integration credentials are encrypted in the site database and accessible through the private owner workspace. To fulfil paid orders, we disclose your recipient name, delivery address, phone, selected variants and quantities to CJdropshipping and the relevant logistics providers. CJ and its providers may process this information in China and other countries. We use these details for fulfilment, support, required records and disputes, without adding a marketing subscription.
We retain order and accounting records for six years after the end of the relevant tax year, or longer if legally required or needed for an unresolved dispute. Unneeded delivery copies should be deleted once those purposes end. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, subject to legal retention obligations.
Your private order-summary link permits access to order status, items, totals and tracking. Keep it private. The public summary does not display your full address, email or phone.
